Paawrent Provider Terms
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These Provider Terms are an agreement between you and Suchada Phumimphol, an individual doing business as "Paawrent" ("Paawrent", "we", "us"). They apply to everyone who offers services through Paawrent (a "Provider") — hospitals, clinics, vets, shops and independent professionals — and to the team members a Provider adds. The Terms of Service also apply to you, and the Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
By applying to become a Provider or accepting a booking, you agree to these Provider Terms. If you apply for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
1. Joining
- Paawrent reviews every application. Your profile can take bookings only after we approve it.
- Give accurate information and the documents we ask for (for vets: licence details; for businesses: registration and any licences the business needs). Tell us within 7 days if your licence is suspended or expires, or other important information changes.
- Team members you add can take bookings without a separate review: you vouch for their qualifications and licences and are responsible for them.
2. Your listing
- Keep your profile, services, prices, photos, hours and availability accurate.
- Businesses' address and phone number are public. Independent Providers show only their area until a booking is confirmed.
3. Bookings
- Accept or decline a request within 24 hours, or before its start time if sooner. Unanswered requests are cancelled automatically. Accept only bookings you can deliver.
- Deliver the service as described, on time, with reasonable skill and care. Mark it completed in the app (for stays, check the pet in and out). If you have not, we remind you 48 hours after the booking's scheduled end, and the app marks it completed 7 days after its scheduled end.
- Move a confirmed appointment only when necessary, and tell the customer in chat.
- Cancel an accepted booking only when unavoidable. Repeated cancellations may lead to suspension.
- Mark a no-show only after waiting at least 15 minutes past the start time and trying to reach the customer in chat. Never mark a no-show before the start time.
- You may refuse or stop a service if the pet is unwell or cannot be handled safely, or if the customer's information was materially wrong.
4. Payment
- Customers pay you directly. After you accept a booking, the customer sees the payment details you entered in the app (PromptPay ID, or bank and account number, with the account name) and the price. They must be your own or your business's account, and you are responsible for keeping them correct.
- Paawrent does not collect, hold or refund money for your bookings. Mark a payment as received in the app once you have it.
- Do not ask a customer to pay more than the price shown in the app.
- Refunds: if you cancel a booking, or one visit of a package, that the customer has already paid for, refund the customer in full for what you cancelled. Refunds when the customer cancels are agreed between you and the customer.
- Platform fee: Paawrent charges no fee during the launch period. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before introducing any fee.
- You are responsible for your own taxes and receipts.
5. Customer data
- You receive the customer's name, photo and email and the booking details when they book, including the pet's name, species, breed and photo and, for services at the customer's address, that address. You receive the customer's phone number and the pet's health details once you accept.
- Use this data only to deliver and follow up on the booking and to meet your legal obligations. Do not use it for marketing, sell it, or share it with anyone who does not need it.
- For data you keep in your own records (such as medical records) you are an independent data controller under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562: keep it secure, limit access to your team members who need it, and tell Paawrent within 72 hours of any breach involving data received through Paawrent.
6. Professional and care standards
- Only vets licensed under the Veterinary Profession Act B.E. 2545 may provide veterinary services, within their licence; hospitals and clinics must hold the licences required under the Animal Hospitals Act B.E. 2533. Online consultations must follow the rules of the Veterinary Council of Thailand, and prescriptions may be issued only where the law allows.
- Record a vaccination in a pet's record only if you or your team gave it, and enter its details correctly. Vaccinations recorded by a vet or clinic are shown to the owner as verified.
- Take reasonable care of every pet in your care and follow the Prevention of Animal Cruelty and Provision of Animal Welfare Act B.E. 2557. If a pet is injured, becomes ill, is lost or dies in your care, get veterinary help where needed, tell the owner straight away and report it to Paawrent support within 24 hours.
- You are responsible for harm caused by your or your team's fault. Insurance is not required, but we recommend it.
7. Conduct
Treat customers, pets and others with respect, follow the community rules in the Terms of Service, do not post fake reviews or review yourself, and reply to customers within a reasonable time.
8. Suspension and leaving
- We may suspend your Provider profile if you break these Terms, your licence or documents are no longer valid, customers complain seriously or repeatedly, you cancel repeatedly, or we suspect fraud or a risk to people or animals. A suspended profile is hidden and takes no new bookings.
- If we deactivate your account, your open bookings are cancelled and we notify the customers. You must refund in full any customer who already paid you for a cancelled booking.
- You can pause bookings at any time, or delete your account in the app once your team has no active bookings.
9. Relationship and liability
You are an independent business or professional, not an employee, partner or agent of Paawrent. You are responsible for your services and agree to compensate Paawrent for losses caused by your services, your breach of these Terms or the law, or your misuse of customer data. Paawrent provides the app "as is" and does not guarantee any bookings or income. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.
10. Changes, law and contact
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of material changes to these Terms. They are governed by Thai law; disputes go to the Thai courts after we have tried to resolve them together.
