Delete your Paawrent account
Paawrent is a pet care app for Bangkok. You can delete your Paawrent account and its data at any time in the app. If you no longer have the app, you can request deletion by email.
Delete in the app
- Open the Paawrent app and sign in.
- On the provider side, the Profile tab has “Delete Account” too. A team member without a Profile tab: tap the switch-profile icon (⇄) at the top right and choose “My pets”.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”.
- Tap “Delete”, then “Delete Forever” to confirm.
Want a copy of your data first? Tap “Export My Data” on the same screen before you delete.
Request deletion by email
No longer have the app? Email us from the address linked to your Paawrent account to request deletion. If you can't use that address (for example, you signed in with Apple's Hide My Email), tell us the name on the account so we can confirm it's yours. We'll reply by email to confirm we've received your request.

You can't delete your account while you have active bookings — awaiting payment, awaiting the provider, confirmed or in progress. This includes bookings on a provider listing you run. Cancel them or wait until they're finished first. A booking the provider accepted but never marked as finished finishes on its own 7 days after it ends; if you can't wait, contact us from “Help & Support” in the app (Profile tab) or at paawrent@gmail.com.
What we delete
- Your account and profile (name, email, phone number, photo)
- Your pets' profiles and health records
- Your chats, notifications and reviews
- Photos and files you uploaded — pet photos and documents, chat images and review photos — removed from our storage within 30 days
- Your community posts, comments and likes
- If you run a provider listing: it is unpublished, and its name, bio, photo, phone number, address and verification documents are removed
What we keep
- Records of your bookings, in anonymized form — no longer linked to your name or contact details
- Anonymous usage statistics that can't identify you
- If you run a vet listing: the professional license numbers on it, kept as the record of prescriptions issued under them
