Share photos and tips with other pet owners. Report or block anyone — our team reviews reports within 24 hours.
Your data, your choice
Export your data in the app at any time, and delete your account there once you have no active bookings. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

What to know about the providers you book.
Every business and independent provider is reviewed
Clinics, hospitals and independent vets give a licence number, shops upload their business registration, and freelancers may be asked to confirm their identity. Our team approves each application. Vets and staff a clinic or shop adds to its team are vouched for by that business.
Reviews from real bookings
Only a completed booking can be reviewed, and providers can't review themselves.
Online consults have limits
An online consult is general advice, not an examination. In an emergency, take your pet to a clinic straight away.
Paying and cancelling
Simple and direct. Paawrent adds no fee.
Free to use
The community, your pet profiles and health records, and browsing and comparing providers are all free.
Pay the provider directly
Each provider sets its price, and you see the full amount before you book. After they confirm, pay them by PromptPay QR or bank transfer from your bank app (if no payment details show, ask them in chat). Paawrent doesn't collect or hold your money.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel in the app until the start time. Refunds are agreed between you and the provider — if the provider cancels something you've paid for, they refund you in full for what they cancelled.

When can I download Paawrent?
Paawrent for iPhone is coming soon to the App Store, and Android will follow. Clinics and shops joining now can ask us for an install link.
How do I pay?
After the provider accepts your booking, it shows a PromptPay QR code (or the provider's bank account) and the amount — if none shows, ask the provider in chat. Pay from your bank app, straight to the provider. Paawrent doesn't collect or hold your money and adds no fee.
What if the provider doesn't answer?
A provider has 24 hours to accept, or until the start time if that's sooner. If they don't, the request is cancelled automatically. You only pay once a provider has accepted.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
You can cancel in the app until the start time, and move a single-visit appointment to another free time. Stays and packages can't be moved — cancel and book again. Refunds are agreed with the provider; if the provider cancels something you've paid for, they refund you in full for what they cancelled.
How are providers checked?
Clinics, hospitals and independent vets give us a licence number, and our team approves them before they take bookings. Shops upload their business registration, and freelancers may be asked to confirm their identity. Vets and staff a clinic or shop adds to its team are vouched for by that business and don't need a separate review. After each completed booking, pet owners can leave a review.
When should I use a video consult instead of a clinic visit?
Video consults work well for follow-ups, behaviour questions, diet advice and other concerns that aren't urgent. For physical symptoms or emergencies, an in-clinic visit is always safer.
Who can see my pet's details?
When you send a booking request, that provider sees your pet's name, species, breed and photo. Once they accept, they also see your phone number and your pet's health details so they can prepare. We don't sell your data. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest.
